RFAR LABEL

BuyYourWay, Certified Appraisal Firm

Since 2015, BuyYourWay has been working alongside the Business Mediation Office to promote responsible purchasing practices and balanced relationships between customers and suppliers.

Fanny Bénard, the firm’s managing director, played a key role in the various updates to the standards (2017 and 2025) and led the working group focused on listening to suppliers’ perspectives. Since 2015, we have also helped numerous clients obtain certification.

In 2025, our firm officially became an accredited assessor for the Responsible Supplier Relations and Procurement Label (RFAR), the only label that recognizes organizations that excel in the quality of their supplier relationships and their responsible procurement practices.

An expert and independent partner

A specialist in responsible procurement since 2013, BuyYourWay offers businesses and organizations its expertise, cross-sector experience, and commitment to independence to conduct rigorous, constructive assessments that are aligned with the label’s values.

To ensure complete impartiality, organizations supported by BuyYourWay may not be evaluated by our in-house consultants, in accordance with our code of ethics.

A proven evaluation method

Our evaluations are based on a comprehensive and transparent process that aligns with the certifier’s requirements:

Literature review and monitoring: an in-depth review of the documents provided and an analysis of the company’s reputation.
On-site assessment: interviews with senior management, as well as the procurement, CSR, HR, compliance, and finance teams, to evaluate the maturity and implementation of the initiative.
Supplier Feedback: Consulting with representative suppliers to compare perspectives and assess the quality of partner relationships.
Feedback and evaluation report: a well-reasoned summary that enables the organization to highlight its strengths and identify areas for improvement.
